Visualization for Self-healing

                                                    Visualization for Self-healing

Once we are able to create images in our minds, then we can begin to heal ourselves. First, we need to study any organs involved so that we can make accurate images of them. If it is something in the bloodstream, we should be able to imagine that accurately as well. Once we can see the problem in our minds, we can then create and invent avatars in order to treat the problem. Commonly known objects are the easiest to visualize. It is important that each individual use their imagination when creating their own personal avatars. One might see miniature snowplows clearing clogged arteries or vacuum cleaners to remove toxins. Tiny people can also be used. The only limit is your imagination!
In this way we can be sure our unconscious mind understands what we are asking it to do by showing it. Just as it communicates to us through images in our dreams; we must respond in kind by speaking to it in images. We must think about our plan with some care.  In cases like cancer, it is not enough to make avatars to eat away the illness, but there must be others to pick up the debris and dump it in an appropriate place such as the lower intestines. Would stem cells be helpful to repair any damage? If so how do you visualize their production? The answers lie in your imagination and ability to visualize. In many ways this is much like a castle defense video game in which you can make defenses, weapons, and even upgrade them, if you invest your time.
The amount of time necessary is related to your relationship to their unconscious mind. Some mistakenly might fear this part of themselves, while it directs the immune system to avoid infection. Unfortunately, for most of us we need to reconnect entirely (see the Unconscious). It is probably on auto pilot, keeping you alive and occasionally reaching out during times of crisis. But, we are unable to understand it or even know it is there. By using Intentional Meditation and seeing things like a handshake might reopen that door. But, it takes time before clear communication is established. But if you succeed, you might find many answers. I marvel at what someone might become if that connection was encouraged at an early age.
Not everyone can visualize. Some of us think in words, while others think using images. For those who have had little experience; a good exercise is to imagine a brick wall. Then start to paint it white. Sometimes the paint might fade as your concentration is on the painting itself, and the wall may turn red. It can be difficult, but with practice anyone can do it. This is a good way to improve your ability to create images in your mind. Then your avatars must be chosen. You may choose to design just one or multitudes. Avatars can be made for whatever need you have. They can be indestructible or double in number whenever needed. The only limitation to their abilities is your imagination.
It is critically important that your avatars come from your imagination to insure that your unconscious will understand their meaning. Then you can start to visualize them working. Here is where the planning comes in. When visualizing you should be relaxed and undisturbed and it must be done consistently with dedication and will. It should also begin as soon as you receive your diagnosis. These measures improve your chances of success. All too often, an individual receives a diagnosis, while the unconscious already knows there is a problem. It is waiting for instructions. Unfortunately, just then the person is showered with attention and love and the patient enjoys this burst of attention. Because of this new level of attention the patient begins to date his/her illness. This confuses the unconscious. It unconscious exists for your benefit and it wonders if you like this. It can't determine what the person really wants and it backs off. For this reason, the individual must be resolute and put in the time visualizing, so that the unconscious knows that this is what you really want and you aren't going to change your mind tomorrow. Remember it exists for your benefit. However, you must also be sure to eat a diet of healthy foods so your body will have the raw materials to interpret and and make the necessary changes to create a natural response in order to heal you.
I have assembled some examples of avatars I have used in the past, but yours must be yours alone for the unconscious to understand their message. Some general ideas to get you started:

White Knights: These can be made from white blood cells. You might create and show the knights being built with white Blood cells so the idea is clearer. If your spleen is acting up and eating your White Knights then have them wear special coats when they pass by, so they are not vulnerable. An avatar like this is essential for fighting infection. See the infection in your mind's eye and then see the avatar destroy it. Afterword, make more, as many as you like. Repeat this hourly or daily and check up on your avatars and acknowledge them. You can add features to them to fit your circumstance such as recruitment. When one of mine dies, two replace it. Now you need to make something from your own imagination

Catfish/Vacuum Cleaners: These are designed to pick up debris, for people who have illness in which toxicity is involved: Liver or Kidney failure can cause a build-up of toxins in the blood. There are many other conditions which cause toxins to build up in the body that require a through cleaning of the bloodstream. These are also useful to those who have avatars eating a cancer or virus. You don't want little pieces of the cancer floating around. My avatars follow anything that doesn't belong and they immediately vacuum up anything that was left behind. They looked like catfish and were made by rolling while blood cells into that shape. After one collected the debris, it swan into the lower intestine and was then evacuated from the body. These avatars were designed to literally collect any foreign matter in your body. These might have been effective for two reasons. They came from my imagination and the symbolism of the catfish and White Blood Cells should be recognizable to the unconscious. Since they are made of WBC's, the toxins can't escape, until they are flushed out. Now you design one.

Stem Cell Tanks:  You can make stem calls and tanks to collect stem cells. At any age people can produce stem cells. Building  the tanks express a desire for the cells to be created by the brain so they can be filled. I labeled mine by organ and had some unspecified ones too. You can make them to empty automatically or on command. I installed regulators to dispense them in the most effective way, since I didn't know. But, my unconscious did. They can be made for specific organs or parts of the body such as ligaments, cartilage and even bone. However, as one would imagine: visualization isn't effective for blunt force trauma. But it could be useful in recovery. You can visualize them in the brain or anywhere for any cells you require to repair any damage. It should be utilized for replacing any and all cells that have been lost. Good ideas for Organ Damage and Post Surgical Recovery, to name a few. You can make stem cells for the Brain as well. Unfortunately they don’t come with any memory.  An additional feature can be added to the tanks. The only limit is your imagination and if someone has a poor diet, they might have a lack of raw materials. You might want to add filters or an inspection line to inspect them for mutation. Use whatever comes into your imagination.
Super White Blood Cells for patients with immune problems. I imagine a white blood cell with huge arms with big muscles. These can be designed to eliminate tumors and other unwanted growths. I use fish with teeth to eat the disease and catfish to swallow and deposit the debris where it can do no harm. These are useful with viruses and other infections as well.

Energy Generators: Useful for sending healing pulses down your nervous system. Instead of making these out of WBC’s use something symbolic of healing energy. Gold is an option because of the way it shines or the white color of lightning. This avatar is useful for Neuropathies and Shingles.

A Command Center: This is a command post that has an operator to insure everything that is necessary is made. Use a human figure or anything else. At this point you only need to check in at the Command Center. You can tell it to stimulate cravings the proper foods to build the blood cells and all other necessary material.

This should give you a good idea of what you want to visualize. If this is starting to look like a video game... you are right. In all truth that’s all it is, except that the screen is in your mind and the challenge is to design the game in order ππto reach the unconscious... so that it can do what needs to be done. It also demonstrates how serious you are. Your imagination and diet are your only limitations when designing your defense.

Any anatomical maps or diagrams to show the patient what is happening will allow him/her to be more accurate in visualizing what need to be done. See your victories in your mind. See the cancer cells being destroyed by your super white bold cells. Customize your troops, give them banners or a code of arms if you wish. By using this defense in battle format you may be able to convince your unconscious how urgently you want to get better.

Be sure to eat as many good calories, vitamins and minerals you can. In serious cases, you may need to juice vegetables or take supplements to get the necessary nutrients for your body to make what it needs to fight this fight, otherwise you will have a receptive mind waiting on raw materials and nothing will happen.

NOTE: I am not a Physician and you should inform yours that you are doing this just as a precaution. If you are ill, DO NOT use this as a substitute for seeing a physician. You will need to anyway; to clearly define your condition for visualization. You shouldn’t get any resistance. Physicians generally see the value of this kind of patient participation as helpful to their efforts.

Are we connected

Hi Maria I want to move this but can't figure it out. It should be near the end

Can you help with that? Maybe even somewhere else entirely. just some thoughts but may be too far out there.

Thanks, DA                                      Social beings living as Individuals

Author’s note: This part contains some theoretical ideas which may seem odd but logically they are sound based upon the work of Karl Jung and others.
As our Emolvement continues and we begin to have more communication with our Unconscious. At this point,  it is important to recognize an additional concept proposed by Karl Jung: The Collective Unconscious. Dr. Jung was a disciple of Freud who had less emphasis on sexuality and was looking for new answers to explain our behaviors. He theorized that we are all connected to each other by our unconscious minds through the collective unconscious. This might explain those times when we think of others before they call us. Jung also thought that the collective unconscious contained the sum of our human knowledge and experiences. This theory is over one hundred years old and has been accepted by many in Psychiatry. It may be possible to reach that “space” through meditation. This would be the land of ideas and creativity? Can we communicate to each other from there?

On an emotional level we are connected in the very same way, instead of data we receive emotions. We call this empathy, but is there an explanation that Biology or Physics can explain? We will probably find it much like we proved the existence of atoms years after they were theorized. Medicine may find some brain activity that they can measure. Until then ,this is just a theory for you to use like any idea. If it resonates try it. If is it doesn’t then don’t. Remember that your mind builds future thoughts based upon your existing ideas and thoughts, so fill up that information base: it might link up with something from your unconscious or possibly the Human Collective Unconscious and...new ideas.

Could other species have a similar Unconscious minds or even a Collective Unconscious? Instinct would explain some of the behaviors such as herds of animals moving in unison or fish travelling in schools and even flocks of birds. What if it is caused by communication between individuals through their Collective Unconscious minds? Do animals communicate in this way? They are  probably watching each other to determine their synchronous movements, but they are so precise all of the time that one could wonder if telepathy might be involved in some way.

This leads to an even more interesting leap. Does the Universe have a Collective Unconscious as well? Many now are fairly certain that just by doing the math there must be other life out there. If so, our Human Collective unconscious would be a part of that also. Inside of that is your unconscious. When Jung lived Earth was the Universe. Would this phenomenon indicate that we are connected to life outside of our atmosphere in this way; Our Unconscious mind being connected to the Human Collective Unconscious and thereby to the Universal Collective Unconscious? Granted, this is a leap. One day, this connection may be identified in a stronger way. But humans don't seem do as well with unseen things. People fought electricity for this reason. This might also indicate that telepathy may be possible between ourselves. I say this with no evidence except for life experience. We often call someone and they say, "I was just thinking about you". Is it true or were they just being polite? There are other indications of our connection to each other. We are a social species acting as individuals. I am tempted to say that we may make "first contact" in this way, but since we haven't emolved enough to utilize this potential this link to each other. It is more like a fanciful idea. But we are all connected as much as we would like to deny it.

Look at ants and their antennae. Whales, dolphins and sharks use  smell and various forms of sonar already. Do they also use telepathy? Like anything new we need to keep our minds and hearts open and keep our ego balanced. Nothing here is certain but I know how Not to do anything and that is not to try. A Greek Philosopher once said, “The best thing a man can do is to sit under a tree and think.” Was he the first person to practice Emolvement?
Most Interestingly, when we look at herds and flocks, we find their extremely well coordinated movements are cause by what are called Mirror Neurons. These are found in abundance in the species. But, humans have them as well. Obviously, we don't have nearly as many but we have them nonetheles
Regardless,  like visualization,  these ideas may give us some clues as to what we are capable of today and in the future. This is just a theory to be explored. Who knows but is fun to think about, while sitting under a tree

Visualization

                                                                            Visualization

The art of visualization can be very useful to your emolvement. When we visualize an outcome for an event, we may be close to speaking to the unconscious. The unconscious speaks to us in images. Think about your dreams. Voices are not heard but images are seen. If your unconscious spoke in words you would probably be confused, while they send you to see a psychiatrist. Your ego prevents this to keep you physically free and untainted by public opinion. If you think about it, these images represent a universal language.

This process is one in which you see what you want to happen in your mind. People already apply this to different aspects of their life, often without realizing it. We see ourselves in the future doing something we want. This is simple visualization. Many people do this intentionally to manifest an outcome. Athletes speak of this often and I imagine its true for any profession or endeavor. For some people, the creation of images is difficult. It has been suggested that a good exercise for this is to imagine a brick wall in your mind and paint it white. You can see yourself doing it or just see a brush at work. Remember to keep the painted part painted. Once the entire wall is painted and stays that way, start writing words on it. You can even write out your meditation commands on it. This may be harder than it sounds, but you will improve simply by doing this exercise.

For the greatest benefits from visualization, we should not only see the outcome we want in our minds, but also the steps along the way. If you want a job, visualize yourself filling out the application correctly, going through the interviews flawlessly and walking into your new workspace. You might even choose to take this to the point of a happy retirement. Some people may try this to manifest an outcome at sporting events, while gambling or practically any other upcoming outcome. Unfortunately, others might be visualizing the opposite at the same time, so the more personal, the less likely it is that someone is working against you. Some actively visualize, while others unconsciously may just lean in a direction they want a ball to go. Is this the reason for the strange bounces we sometimes see? We may even visualize others doing things that we want them to do. These events are hard to measure because others may be visualizing outcomes as well. Their outcomes may be different and conflict.  Unfortunately, the results are impossible to predict in this situation. Are they determined by force of will, sheer numbers, the quality of the intention or something else entirely? Maybe they have no effect at all. At this time, it is impossible to know. But when it comes to changing yourself, you shouldn't have anyone working against your goal.
Does this indicate that we may be able to manipulate objects in the future or that we have had this ability in the past? Is it part of our genetic memory? Visualization may possibly be the beginning of this process. That sounds wild, but we all lean in the same direction during a field goal attempt: why? We seem to be trying to influence the flight of the ball. The same is true for most sports that involve an inanimate object. It is as if we know this ability exists on a deep level or we wouldn't do it. The players, coaches, and fans are all trying to move the ball to their desired outcome. Is this part of our hidden DNA? This question needs to be asked. Ask a golfer why she leans to try and push the ball in the hole. We all do it, because it is allowed in this informal setting, but if one gyrated to move a pencil at work, well... they would be "different". So the ego prevents these attempts in inappropriate settings for our well-being and we never get to really test this ability. It is a personal choice to practice these things to see if they work. If enough of us do that, we will either learn that this is a new ability in our emolvement, or something else entirely. There might even be no effect. But we haven't tried to study this and with success there is an unknown and possibly dangerous outcome, we are inhibited. Kids even do it with no apparent result, but they also do it. There doesn't seem to be any obvious benefit, unless we think that we are actually influencing an object. So why do we do it throughout our lives? Visualization seems to be very effective for treating health problems. Most everyone is on your side and there should be no external conflicts.  This is very important.
Start by seeing your illness. The more accurate your picture is, the better. You may want to look at X-rays or look at an anatomy book. Then create avatars to eliminate the problem.  Again, your imagination is your only limitation. The avatars can then destroy the virus or any foreign growth and additional avatars can clean up any debris. In cases of trauma you can make additional avitars to make stem cells and additional avatars to clean the debris out of your system. You can start a stem cell factory to make these cells for repair. If your problems have to do with a “system” such as your lymphatic or nervous system, then imagine a treatment. If you have neuropathic pain, imagine a glowing generator sending healing pulses down your nervous system to repair it. This would just be a suggestion; your ideas will probably be better because they are your own and they are a product of your imagination (which comes from the unconscious).  Therefore your constructs will be easily understood.
Remember that your body will need lots of nutrition for this to work. Your body won’t make your avatars but will respond to their symbolism and will need to do many things to fulfill your desire, which may require a lot of fuel.

There is an entire blog dedicated to Visualization for Health, if you have a current need.

The Unconscious Mind

            The Unconscious Mind
Some have described the unconscious as being like a cloud around the conscious. We are connected to it in an unknown way, possibly from the kites (messages) we send up or because the life giving rain it produces (Our health). Obviously we don't understand it very well. We must be aware of the unconscious before Emolvement can really begin. The Unconscious Mind isn't to be feared, instead it keeps you alive and exists to make you happy.
While we are very young, we seem to be able to understand our unconscious mind better. However, since our conscious memory isn't developed until the age of two, no one can remember what happened during those first few years. But, something makes all of our early decisions for us. Unfortunately, our fear of social disconnection and the emerging ego shut down our dialogue with our unconscious. Our conscious minds further disconnect from lack of use because today's society doesn't encourage it. In fact, it is generally ignored or even disparaged. Usually, the loss of this connection begins when we learn language. This process makes us focus on the tangible to learn vocabulary and some us lose the images we used before. Then, we are no longer allowed to believe in our “invisible friends”, which suppresses our imagination. Finally, we even question our intuition. Just the concept of intuition suggests an unconscious mind. Usually by the age of ten, the unconscious is relegated to the role of keeping the body working. It tries to reach us in dreams but the link is often so poor that any message is usually blurred or lost. We can use meditation and visualization to re-establish lines of communication with the unconscious mind.
We can begin to reconnect simply by being open to the idea. Visualizing a handshake might work to start the process. But again, you must personalize it so your Unconscious mind will understand the meaning of any outreach. Rinse and repeat. Actually just repeat. I've always wanted to use that phrase but it should be: Repeat and Retain instead. The more you repeat your outreach the more effective it will be.
I have found the best way to communicate with the unconscious is through images, since it speaks to us in that way. Images might be a universal language, but the unconscious understands them. Some of us are better at creating images on our mental movie screen and I suggest the following exercise in order to improve your visualization skills. Begin by imagining a brick wall. Once that image is established imagine a paintbrush and begin to paint the wall white. It's harder than is sounds, but this will help you to make your images clearer. This is most useful when dealing with health issues, which are described in another blog from 2013.
We can also reprogram ourselves. I suggest you meditate in any way in which you are most comfortable. You can make your own rules for this process. I have also found that meditation is most effective for me before I drift off to sleep. I choose this time because sleep is the domain of the unconscious and I want to be as close as I can get. Intentional Meditation is the process of finding a mental space in which the conscious and unconscious overlap. When we do that we are able to send and receive messages from the unconscious. It may also be true that they unconscious provides us a link to something bigger which gives us a sense of knowing, not to be confused by knowledge. This may also be true os visualization as well.

The unconscious mind is very powerful. Sadly, many people are unaware of its existence. Just recognizing it is a huge step. We all see its existence if only because of dreams, which are not conscious. Advocated strongly by Jung, the unconscious is defined as everything our brain does that isn’t conscious. We are closest to it in dreams, but it signals the heart to beat and the lungs to breathe. It probably is responsible for what we call muscle memory. Reflexes and emotions seem to originate from the unconscious. We don’t consciously tell ourselves to jerk that leg or even to laugh or cry.  Sometimes we even consciously try and suppress these impulses, if they are inappropriate. This shows us that we can consciously influence them. But usually our emotions emerge without the conscious, so our unconscious must be their source.
You can eventually manage your emotions by using positive commands during meditation, instead
of a mantra. For beginners I suggest something like thinking "Peace" when you breathe in and "Be still"
when you breathe out. Then if you want to change a behavior like anger, replace that with specific
commands such as "I am" - breathe - "Calm" - breathe out, to lessen your tendency to become angry.
You will find it easier each time, until it’s automatic. Your unconscious will work it out for you after
you start. It’s practically self teaching. To control anger all you need to do is decide that you will think
before you get angry. Meditate on it. The more you feel the emotion you want to manage the better, but
obviously this makes it more difficult. It is hard to arrest anger while you are feeling it, so you must get
to the source...your unconscious. Even doing this while you are calm may be just as beneficial. It should
be done regularly and with conviction. If you are angry, meditate on it at that time. This may be hard but
may help you to arrest the emotion before it causes you and those around you problems. Use your
imagination. Put a stop on all anger for five seconds if you want. You just have to Repeat and Retain.
repeat, until it becomes part of your unconscious. In this case you are both the hypnotist and the patient,
so you have complete control of your commands.

Meditation will bring you to the appropriate level of consciousness needed to communicate with your unconscious. During relaxed meditative states it appears as if the unconscious and conscious overlap and you can communicate directly with it. Find any spot, the quieter the better. It could even be in a waiting room. Instead of trying to figure out when you might be through with your visit, repeat a single thought, such as, ”I am Patient”, or “I am strong” or anything else you might be wanting to change. Synchronize your program with your breathing and it will connect with your unconscious.  Breathing is in the realm of the unconscious. We don't consciously think to breathe and when breathing is controlled by the conscious, both overlap. At this point you can insert any command, and just do that over and over. What you are doing is pushing a command into your unconscious. There it will grow and together with your conscious mind will start getting results, even if the changes don’t start right away. Don’t dismiss it. Your unconscious will accept your command when it understands it and because of the repetition it recognizes that it is important. You can address any issue such as anxiety, self confidence, or just about any issue you have. Doing this is free and often may be the best use of your time. One must be assertive, committed and consistent in their efforts. since our emotions are often changing We change our minds so often that when your unconscious hears the same need or desire consistently repeated it will respond.

Negative words should be avoided. Unfortunately there is no word for "no anger" without a negative, so we must be creative and use words like "anger-free" or "anger-less" or even calm. Any activity undertaken to emolve will be more effective when the the person and the message are positive.
Your own unconscious mind delivers information to your conscious. Athletes speak of “being unconscious out there” when they are effortlessly performing at their highest level. Musicians and painters probably are also aware of this because they have some understanding of the creative process, which also comes from the unconscious. In fact, many people understand this in all professions. We can all utilize our unconscious and have great results from our efforts.
We also need to be consistent about what we want. We change our minds so often that when your unconscious hears the same need or desire consistently repeated it will respond. It just needs to be certain that you are involved and ready for the desired changes. When it hears the same thing for even longer than a day it will be surprised at first and will then start processing your needs. Personally, I have noticed that I change what I want many times during the day. Neither the conscious or unconscious can survive without the other; its function is to help you to be happy and healthy.
